Yasah Pitcher
Yasah Pitcher has a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. She has great soft skills and a compassionate heart for people. After spending more than six years as a service engineer, her love for people has led her to transition to inside sales. While single, she purchased her first multifamily property in late 2018 and began managing it on my own. She prospected quality tenants, wrote leases, managed repairs and much more. She then fell in love with real estate. She was officially licensed as a Real Estate Agent in Rhode Island and Massachusetts 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Real estate has a major influence in my decision to transition from an engineering to a sales path in my career. She has facilitated millions of dollars of transactions not limited to buying, selling, investing, and or renting. She loves to empower clients and helping them fulfill their goal of homeownership while breaking generational curses. She’s no nonsense when it comes to negotiating and has a wide international lens in real estate. Her philosophy is simple; provide clients with options so they can make inform real estate decisions.
