My Real Estate experience: 12 years ago I was working in sales with a Bermudian resort property and my very first real-estate transaction started with a wonderful woman and her interest in living in a resort community. We began with her interest in a $79,000 fractional (8 weeks a year) but two days later with much conversation and fast friendship she purchased a $2.4million condo. It was perfect for her and she was so happy. Then I was tasked with selling her house and so it began.
